An Extensive Range of Management Services

In tandem with our Housekeeping services, our Property Management service ensures everything to do with the upkeep of our clients’ chalets is exactly as briefed, as required and working as it should. We manage your property and take care of it in your absence, keeping you updated with regular communication and reports.

If you need something done you simply contact your 24/7 Property Services Manager and we will attend to it.

Typical management tasks may include:

Administrators managing our properties
  • Letting in tradesmen and ensuring work is done properly and the property is left clean
  • Arranging seasonal cleans
  • Ensuring winter tasks are completed, chimneys swept and fire extinguishers serviced
  • Regularly checking your property to ensure all is well
  • Ensuring the property’s heating levels are managed all year round
  • Forwarding or managing your post
  • Regularly reporting to you.
  • Managing your local Canton and Commune taxes
  • Jacuzzi management in accordance with local and regional regulations.
